Summary:
As you learn the ropes, you would take on a variety of roles depending on your aptitude and the evolving requirements of the organization. The roles could be in the areas of relationship management, finance & accounting, operations, customer care and more.
Responsibilities:
• Working with dedication across the spectrum of roles with the organization
• The assigned tasks would change depending on the employees’ aptitude and the organizational needs. The employees is expected to embrace the assigned task(s) with enthusiasm and exceed the set KPIs (key performance indicators)
Qualifications and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent academic record
• Fresh graduate (graduated within the past 2 years)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Comfortable with MS Office, email, etc.
• General interest in banking and financial services industry would be a plus
